This micro-credential supports learners with developing leadership confidence and practical capability to lead teams across Aotearoa's people, food, and fibre industries. The programme focuses on wellbeing, resilience, reflective leadership, and culturally responsive communication.
Assess and manage risks to freshwater from horticultural production Micro-credential
